In terms of discreteness the brightly colored packages came sealed in a plain brown cardboard box inside of an amazon box so until the package is open no one will know what you purchased

The pullups are very absorbent in the crotch area where they need to be absorbent but are thin everywhere else so they do at least somewhat look like underwear when worn if no one is looking too closely
