Pros

The drawers, shelves and changing table are so convenient and smart. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. All the drawers fit perfect and open/close with no issue.

The process of getting new parts from graco is tedious. It isn't sturdy. It's difficult to assemble. I am not mechanically challenged.

It comes with a fairly affordable price tag and is what you would expect from its description

The crib arrived on time and was easy to assemble

Customer service was slightly difficult to get ahold of and it took us awhile to get a replacement

Everything came in good condition and i like how the tools were packaged separately

Sending it back was easy but a total hassle to put it back in box to send
