During assembly one of the pins that clicks into another pole became depressed enough that it fell into the pole and thankfully my fatherinlaw had a snake or the swing would have been garbage again this may have been human error

My second and most important complaint is while swinging the motor for the swing intermittently makes this loud clicking noise

It does make a clicking noise when it swings but thats totally expected and shouldnt bother a baby
