Pros

The swing still has a lot of life left in it, and i'm hoping to donate it once my little one has finally grown out of it. I wish the little mobile turned to keep baby's attention.

Sturdy and quiet for the most part. It is big and takes up a lot of space, but that makes it sturdier than most swings. Seems sturdy and well made. Overall it’s a good swing.

The instructions are not the easiest to read and if your mess up you can ruin the whole swing. The motor is just resting in the plastic casing. This seems like a design flaw.

The problem is that i don’t want another one of their swings. They also want me to disassemble and mail back the old one. After emailing them several times, only to hear from them once, and after that. Ordering a replacement is a hassle.
