This is not chipboard, it is cheap compressed wood. I now use cereal boxes, and try the advice from another buyer to use amazon packaging they've sent me with my orders.

It didn’t matter to me if they aren’t chipboard and it may be better that they are cardboard because i want them for cutting with my laser engraver
