The batteries kept wanting to pop out of their container and it didnt seem that bright

Come to find out it wasnt charging properly because of those batteries popping out

One downfall as mentioned by all the other reviews is the battery compartment

It is only a piece of very soft rubber holding the batteries in the compartment and the batteries tend to loosen which causes a charging problem if your not paying attention

I do hop the manufacturer fixes this issue as it would be a perfect head lamp if they did

Minor problem as noted by others the lithium batteries have little to hold them in place they pop out easily when not wearing the lamp
