Pros

Biscuit the ragdoll cat and herman the devon rex cat love these treats. They're like consommé for cats. Dog loves them, make a little cheaper.

Cons

Pet food is not listed on the non-returnable list. None of my 3 indoor cats and 2 feral cats did not even touch them. Now she refuses her food if this snack is on it.

The bag is odd shaped almost shivered pieces. They're more straw-like and yellowish. The chunks are very hard and darker color and very very hard to chew.

The new formula is impossible to crumble and it’s deplorably greasy. Most of the pieces are oily, goopy and disgusting. It is now stringy and greasy and my cats won’t eat it.
