Pros

Quercetin with bromelain helps control my seasonal allergies. Helps alleviate my conditions with runny nose and itchy eyes. Seems to be helping my food histamine issue. Hives are still there, but they are less red and itchy, by about 75%.

Bromelain is made from the pineapple core. The herb is a good yellow color and there are no extra ingredients. Has a very high gdu for providing as much quercetin in the capsule as it does.

Cons

When opened, there was a lot of yellow powder inside container.
