Pros

Valerian root herb supplement is the natural choice for valerian anxiety remedies & for promoting restful sleep. I take it about an hour before bedtime, and it helps a lot. My favorite part is that i do not feel drowsy the next day.

Great product. Amp; works! It helps every time. Not severe though.

The smell is pungent, which i generally take as a mark of strength/potency with valerian root. Valerian is very smelly and you want to * them asap.
