Pros & Cons
Pros
It helps to keep any itch away as well as irritation from growth. It is not overly oily, as are most of the other manufacturers’ beard oil. My beard hair looks slightly softer and feels much softer.
It does all this with one squeeze nightly. Would buy again.
Cons
It smells like pumpkin-flavored black licorice. I swear this scent resembles jager! I'm shocked this stuff doesn't come with a flannel shirt and ironic mustache.
Whole beard is itchy and flaky. It mildly irritates my skin causing an itch. Face is dry and itchy.
Honest amish is not available for refund. Others say return is horrible. That it was a wasted $12. It is not!
Highlights
Quality
One bottle lasted me 2 years solid quality product
The quality of this beard oil is truly exceptional
I do wish this particular oil didnt smell like jägermeister but ill stick with the honest amish premium moving forward
The third time ive purchased this product
Price
Half the cost of newer boutiqebrands of beard oil
I thought the cost was very fair and the oil goes a long way
The biggest plus is the price and volume
Packaging/appearance
It softens and conditions my beard while also helping to tame stray hairs and reduce itchiness
It also fades throughout the day as the oil absorbs into the skinhair and your natural oil dilutes it
Competitiveness
Its priced at about half the cost of kiehls beard oil yet it performs even better
For the price it’s a great preshave oil also
