Pros

This is a great cheap alternative shelf for set ups that are small like this. Perfect height for an 8ft ceiling on top of the cabinet. Well worth the price.

It works well as a bookshelf now, and it is sturdy, that's for sure. I have nearly a hundred pounds of gemstones on the top shelf, along with numerous books on the others. I trust my seedlings on it. Very sturdy for storing even heavy items.

Just count the spaces up on each rung from the shelf below it. The line indents help you determine that the shelf clips are in the right spot on each leg. Use a rubber mallet to lightly pound the shelf snuggly over the sleeves.

Cons

The product is trash. They are very cheaply made. The 3 gallon bucket is barely 140lb. It is impossible to believe that amazon would carry such a product!

Give me a screwdriver any time. They have no way of anchoring themselves. If it bothers me, i'll drag the one i moved to the garage back upstairs, and put this one in the garage.

The plastic couplers that hold the shelves to the posts randomly slip. Casters go on the bottom, yes? There is no way these are going to hold 200 lb per shelf. The snap tabs that come with these storage shelves are poor. The constantly slide down and ... Read More
