Pros
I have lots of cotton shirts, jeans, sweats and pants in my closet. This looks great in the closet with them since it has a cottony canvassy texture. It's perfect for storing scarves.
Simple and somewhat elegant solution to my wife's shoe problem. Well made. Very pleased. It does the trick.
It is sturdy enough to be completely full and not sag. I wish they made the plastic in the top rack thicker, because it bends a little with my shoes.
Cons
The pockets were stitched together unaligned. The narrow version holds nothing. My converses barely fit, and my dress shoes and boots simply didn't.

I wouldnt except to cram any heels or wedges in the pockets unless you use one pocket per shoe

I wear a mens size 12 shoes and almost all of my shoes fit in the cubbies except for any boots or high top shoes

However if you have the space for it id recommend the one that can hold two shoes in each pocket
