Pretty good foam roller for home use
Its a more narrow roller 13 inches long so if you are larger or wide hipped you may benefit from a longer roller however it is nice and compact if i wanted to carry it in my gym bag
Its nice to have my own roller at home since all the rollers at my gym are beat up malformed and or stinky
