    There are 20 leds with round shades that are about 3 in diameter about five inches apart with 5 of lead line length of cord from the last light on the strand to the solar panel

    When i first tried the lights i left them out for the day and when i tried to turn them on in the evening they only stayed on for a few seconds

    There is no need to put these on a timer they soak up all the energy they can from the sun and then when it is completely dark the lights turn on until they run out of juice or when the sun rises and they turn off autiomatically

    They we not as fiddley as i thought they were going to be to attach the shades
