I needed something portable, inexpensive, and easy.
Inclusion of displayport input or a dongle for that, but it is just a $12 part you need anyhow for that.
Competitiveness
I’ve tried a couple of other brands of usb-c monitors, and this is the only one that worked.
The other major advantage this monitor has over others is the adjustable stand.

If you opt to not use dex you can still view your phone but it doesnt not present full screen like dex

When connecting to the raspberry pis and nas it was as easy as replacing the usb 3 cable with the provided hdmi and in my case i required an adapter to plug into the micro hmdi port on the pi

I did have to reboot my pi in order for it to be recognized but otherwise it was a breeze

The two things holding it back from 5 stars are the brightness which is okay but could be better and also if you barely tap or jostle the monitor it will disconnect even with the cord snuggly plugged in

Something to note that may not jump out at nontechies is that the port on the side with the onoff headphone jack and brightness control is a down downstream port only
