Very hard to see while i was using it to layout block walls on new concrete

I love it shows up fairly well in low light loved it neon bright works like its supposed to love this stuff show up good and it wipes off easy so i got it yesterday and there was a big hole in the bottom and caulk all in the bow was not happy dont think it was the supplyer fault just wasnt happy not good for concrete
