Pros

It's only been a month and i hope it lasts and lasts! Delivered in 2days, installed in less than an hour. One minor issue that is easy to fix, but annoying that it exists to begin with.

This ac works great in my living/dining room, over 450 sq. Feet. Both units provide heating and ac as expected.

Cons

The unit is 2 years old and the controls are malufunctioning. Green light on the power cord lights up when plugged in but will not power up with control panel * or remote. Have tried cleaning and recharging with no luck. Second one came damaged.

The cooling function and heating function both are out. I think that since it doesnt drip that the condesation that is slung onto the condensor coils collects somewhere and becomes stagnant. This unit does not heat a room, it provides a 15 degree diff... Read More

They ship faulty products and do not stand behind their merchandise. I'm so tired of subpar products made by greedy companies. Sometimes two-day free shipping with prime is not worth the trouble.
