It works smooth and efficiently. It does a great job. Super fast delivery.
We have a building in back yard that came with house (was actually an old greenhouse! The area is maybe 250sqft, maybe a little less. Especially once the area is complete and “decorated”. Bought this for our insulated, 2 story barn.
My fiancé is an electrical contractor, so i can't comment to the ease of installation. The only other thing that i would suggest is the addition of two more mounting holes for the louver which mounts to the back of the sleeve outside the wall.
Blasting out cold air and been running 24/7 for a month now with no problems. By keeping the loft at 66 f in the winter, i hope it will lower my gas bill for the winter while the electric bill will go up a tad balancing the two.

Im pretty good at figuring things out been in construction for 30 years but these instructions were written by someone who has never had to install the item

Ended up taking out the bottom taper pieces because we couldnt get the unit to go in otherwise

About the only two things that i can think of that i might do differently on the design would not affect the operation of the unit

The four holes provided are in each corner and slotted so that you have some room for adjustment but they do not provide a snug enough mount to the sleeve for the middle portion of the louver

The middle portion of the louver bends outward about an inch due to the pressure from the air discharge off the unit when operating and it looks like you might think

Oh just for sake of a laugh i almost threw out the remote as it is so skinny and was tucked into a piece of the styrofoam packing in the box that the wall sleeve shipped in
