The unit works very well. It's like i have my own little robot. Nice compact size and easy to move around. The remote is great.
Along with the filtration is a reminder light. It seems like an added convenience, but using the unit as just in dehumidifier mode is less effective than the was old tank based ac unit.
It's fairly quiet. The compressor isn't overly noisy, or the unit rattly.
Cons
My room is well within the recommended square footage but this thing just stopped working. Too bad there’s not an “empty bucket’ beep or light. Had to pay shipping cost to return it.

But the unit like most all portable units does suck in room air and exhausts it out the window this is how it cools the condenser so an ultra tight seal is a bit of a moot point
