Quiet & cold wonderfully, love the remote and energy saver option to cool on and off. Heater is also very efficient. Only negative is that the fan is quite loud given the volume of air it is circulating.

The cooling function and heating function both are out. I think that since it doesnt drip that the condesation that is slung onto the condensor coils collects somewhere and becomes stagnant.
Buyer beware, it’s not what it says it is!
