Pros
Quality is outstanding, and they actually work. Can't wait to continue using for the foreseeable future. Seems very gd so far.
I like they have diff akg arginine in capsules to gelp bioavailability in body. Price is great even for the 180 capsule bottle.
Cons
Created gastro-intestinal problems with the first dose of two (2) caps. Attempted to ameliorate the problems by reducing the dosage to one (1) cap to no avail. Each capsule only has 703.

The blood pressure has not gone to the point where it had been 150 to160 over 85 to105 up or down
