Build quality is premium and solid. Qulity of the product is good. But no defects for now.

Wire is bit short from my previous lg microwave oven of 20 litres. Proper heating and machine works noiseless. Used in the office for reheating our staff’s lunch.

Recieved damaged product. Wanted to return. Tried returning/ exchanging but amazon was not able to connect with the retailer. Product comes on 08th oct 20 giving gift someone they opened on 11th found no free starter kit attached pics.

Currently it screams like a loud speaker. It tilts left side. The product is not sturdy.

My fridge is lg too and it is also starting to come apart. Stopped working in less than a month. Also causing my mains circuit mcb to get tripped.
