Shipping
So excited that i had to do sameday shipping today so i can start using it
Setting up was quick and painless though it does require blank drives
Packaging/appearance
The packaging for this product is great apple quality
Finally and this is the worst part the movies and tv shows do not play in the screen aspect ratio they were intended
The lima comes in a cute little package im a sucker for good packaging with a pair of headphones inside
The supercool packaging for this devices says things like forget your devices
Competitiveness
In the end what causes me to give a 3star rating and not a higher one is limas price
They dont even offer a reduced price on a replacement
49 to my mind earns lima a 4star rating going really low to 29 would earn 5 stars
You can get a competitors unit with 2tb drive for 149 so maybe shop around but if you need portability this could be a good choice

It was very unstable when it first came out

Large files and high number of files were a challenge but it got fixed for the most part

With windows 10 this can become unusable overnight with the software conflicts with the windows update this happened to me and if it happens youre pretty much out of luck until the company ships a software update which can take weeks and weeks

The ios app is pretty bad no way to share or send files on the fly its more or less a viewing portal

Its a small start up they do seem working on softwarefirmware updates constantly and i think given the right team they can pull this thing together it seems that the hardware is solid easy set up and connect price is excellent but so many issues on the software end it all falls apart
