Pros

I am a pretty physically fit chef, and i still find the griddle to be pretty hefty. I marvel that it still has the lid. The short handle works perfectly because with such a shallow depth one is less likely to cook things that need handling.

Well i have used it many times now and i am very pleased with it

But with the griddles relatively flat surface you dont have to dig in at a specific angle to clean it
