Was recommend by a friend, and excellent recommendation.

An absolute must after tmj surgery or really and tmj pain. It really helps relieve pain and swelling almost immediately, without making your cheeks too cold. Truly a lifesaver for any dental or facial procedures.

Cons

The pocket in the lotfancy pack is way too small for the ice/heat packs to fit into. Did not come with wrap, just 4 separate hot packs and nothing to wrap or hold them on with. Leaked after first use in the microwave.
