A message to luma support was answered immediately letting me know that they were contacting the manufacturer to get instructions on how to remedy the problem and was followed up by the explicit directions that allowed me finish the setup

I cant figure out why the least expensive part of any manufacture the user documentation is always given shortshrift

I had no problems getting the hoses to fit into their inlets once i cleaned out the old hose pieces as has been reported by other reviewers perhaps because i pulled the hoses out of their conduit cover and made sure they didnt cross over each other which would shorten them enough to cause problems reaching the inlets

Update i dont understand some of the other negative reviews about the misting nozzles and hose connections
