The only thing i would caution is that i installed it on the 13 supersonic television with the dvd player and the dvd player was in the way of the outside set of holes so it would not mount flush

Only compliant is that the vertical tilt must be set and bolted from the back

The only reason i did not give this mount five stars is the star bracket that the tv attaches to is prone to rotate because there is only one bolt and no provisions to prevent the bracket from rotating on the bolt
