First off the instructions had the standard issue grammatical issues that read like a chinese menu

You will have to find an free unused fm station in your area but as long as you understand what unused station means you should have no problem using this device and getting clear interferencefree sound

I have to turn up the sound to max on my radio and the person on the phone still is not loud enough

Not sure if its just my car but i have to switch my phone from the bluetooth to my iphone speaker to talk because i can barely hear it through this device
