My only complaint is that if you dont take the time to set it right the top will roll down slightly though its not enough to create a bulge or anything under your clothes

There is no silicone band to stick to the skin only elastic at the top and when i tried it on the top part bunched a bit

Not sure how it will perform if it needs to provide support as it is not very tight
