My only complaint is that if you dont take the time to set it right the top will roll down slightly though its not enough to create a bulge or anything under your clothes

Its probably a great item for general shaping but its been way too hard to use after surgery

There is no silicone band to stick to the skin only elastic at the top and when i tried it on the top part bunched a bit
