My neurologist was impressed with my perfect vit d level. I know this is the effect of the vitamin d3+k2 because i deliberately didn't change anything else. I say this deffo works better than the rubbish a gp will prescribe you.

But to be honest i can’t be confirmed whether it is working or not until i test my blood for vitamin d level

One con side of this supplement is that i comes in peppermint flavoured which is not very tasty
