Pros
The powdered form is much cheaper than the powdered form. This magnesium works great! A tiempo. Siempre buen servicio. Paquete cerrado y dejado en bien estado.
The acid in the juice seems to dissolve it much better and faster than water does. It is a part of my home made electrolyte blend. With aloe drink works very well.
Cons

The dissolution of magnesium citrate in water does not change the water's color.
Took 3 tablets to get 450mg of calcium citrate. Normally “bowel tolerance’ is about 1/2tsp. I feel ripped off and i’m annoyed because now i would have to take 8 pills to get the 800mg that i need. I'm not able to test for what's in these pills.

I thought it was something else but every time i drink this powder in water i feel like sandpaper going down my throat

As far as im aware all magnesium powders are going to have a very offputting taste which is why i advise anyone to try mixing it in with a carbonated beverage
