Each small easy to * tablet contains a 200 mg dose of b2. The recommended dose of 400 mg is reached by taking 2 tablets which can be split between morning and evening.
Best pills, easy to *, convenient small size & no after taste. Vitamin tablet is both gluten free and easy to swallowing. Tablets are smaller than others, easier to *.
All natural ingredients and no gmo. Great for detox, energy, and immune defenses. Only downside is that they do not appear to be gmp certified. This supplement seems comparable to others i've tried.
Every one of them come in well-packaged, and easy to * caps or pills. The pouch is great too.
B2 vitamins were recommended by my neurologist. Helps curb migraines in a lot of people. My 15 year old granddaughter suffers from migraine.

I used another brand and it didnt seem to work as well and the pills were twice the size

Not only are they an easy size to swallow fit perfectly with other medications in a weekly pill box but they wont leave yellow residue all over your medicine box or your hands like some of the capsules do
