Pros & Cons

Pros

Used this to bleed the brakes on my 67 corvette with 4 wheel discs. It's really the only solution for bleeding brakes on mid 90s gm trucks which are notoriously difficult to bleed.

Took less than 10 minutes to flush all 4 wheels and restore my long lost, firm pedal. Once i got rid of the chains and use a couple of lengths of metal pipe banding the problem was resolved. Worth every penny.

Just line it up & clamp it down.

Cons

Motive needs to redesign this thing, or send 4 c-* with it. Made an utter mess. Keep it old school, just use a foot on the pedal and a helper.

The gasket on the plate is not even close to the size they give. It overfills the mc and the remaining fluid in the tubing spills everywhere. The rubber is so thin and hard that it does not conform to the brake fluid reservoir enough to build pressure...  Read More

Pressure brake bleed system is good in theory, but did not work on my 66 mustang dual bowl master cylinder. The bleeder cap is held on with j-bolts and flimsy chain.

Competitiveness

Just spread a little grease on the top edges of the master clamp it down and worked like a champ

Bench bled the master cylinder first then secured the top plate to the master cylinder with a 6inch cclamp

I did have to spend about an hour modifying the thing so it fit snugly and didnt leak on my 1967 chevy c10 pickup mainly because the bolts that hold the master cylinder protrude a little to much and kept the thing from getting a good seal
