Pros

These were recommended by a lactation consultant to battle and prevent infections. It contains probiotics that support dao and histamine clearance. It keeps the gut doing what it is suppose todo and helps with over all bowel movements.

Natural factors ultimate probiotic 12/12 formula is the best i have found and continue to give me the greatest relieve. Due to mast cell activation, i am super-sensitive to almost everything, but natural factors products generally work for me.

Cons

This product should not be used by acid reflux and ulcer sufferers. It arrives without any cold packs. Unreasonably slow in shipping.
