I plan to buy b-right by jarrow soon, and that'll cover me with this supp. Vitamins meet expectations. The do the job.
Cons
These are not very digestible. After 2 months there was no effect at all. Will certainly look for a non-capsule next time. I hate this product because it's in a capsule form.

Your body and especially your liver can only handle so much at once

So its best to choose a moderate dose of everything including choline inositol and paba together that way you get some of everything daily and you dont have to fear that that 500 mills of b5 plus 500 mills of b6 plus 500 mills of b1 will end of paralyzing you or some s
