Pros

On retired income and 74 yrs old. Used to keep up with demands of busy family. We live in the phoenix area, and this thing is a game changer. We run it all day with five kids and it just keeps pushing out the ice.

This ice machine is fantastic. Operated flawlessly for almost 3 years. The fan is a little bit noisier, but since you don't have to run this unit so much to get a lot of ice, it is bearable.

Cons

Though newair responds to emails, they tell us it's beyond warranty. I am sooooooo disappointed.
