However it arrived as a box with in a box and it still had scuff marks on the side for such a sleek looking dispenser i was hoping they could take care of them better as its getting boxed

The hot water has a safety button that protects children and anyone else from accidentally getting burned

The button has to be pressed before you press the lever or the hot water will not come out

There are also separate onoff switches for the hot and cold water on the back of the unit so it you dont want the hot water on at all you can turn it off using that switch
