Most of our washing machines in the philippines is like this and in my experience if we load too much more than is allowed per load the motor wont stay longer broken

Granted it is smaller than a standard washing machine and takes a couple of extra steps besides throwing the clothes and detergent in and pushing one button

An average load depends on how light or heavy the clothing is

You can probably wash all of your socks and underwear in one load compared to a few pairs of jeans or sweatshirts

You just have to play it by ear and make sure that you dont overload it because the agitator wont work if it is overloaded
