This interface also allows other audio sources such as my computers sound output to play through the same headset

I needed a solution to use a headset at work that would not rest on my ears because the ear pads work provided irritate my skin

With this adapter and a couple of female to female barrel adapters i was able to connect a senheizer pc headset to my plantronics quick disconnect cable which then goes to the call center style phone box
