Norelco is more shaver than i need--slightly heavier and bigger than my previous, entry-level model. Shaving is very smooth & close. This razor is a good value.
This is the best electric i've ever owned. I average just over 10 years before replacing a shaver. Amazon sale price.
Trimmer works fine but i hardly ever use it. Rinsing under the faucet is a real plus. I'm getting three or more shaves out of each recharge of the batteries.

Cons
Instead of smoothly gliding from one position to another, the heads are noticeably popping into position as you shave. The trimmer is just godawful. The battery life is horrible. The water-cleanable feature is a half-truth.

For the price i believe this razor is a best buy
This is a very good electric razor for the price

I ordered a norelco 7240xl triplehead rechargable razor and had it in three days
Competitiveness
Ive had norelcos in the past but this one is much better
Ive been using norelco shavers for 15 years and this one works as well as more expensive ones
I tried norelcos more expensive model with more cutting blades but didnt like it and returned it to norelco not amazon
I actually paid less for this one than the remington and it has better features and much quieter
