Quality
This one tends to slide around and even fall off when the shaver is moved around which never happened with the original cover
However its much less snug a fit at least on my 1150x than the plastic shaver cover that came with the unit
Price
Still it does some good and doesnt cost much
I bought a protective cap for that shaver from the norelco web site and it cost me 15 dollars not including shipping and handling

This fits my philips norelco 1150bt48 sensotouch 2d electric razor as promised but it is loose enough for a small bump to knock it off

It is so loose that when setting the shaver on the counter the cover popped off multiple times from counter height on to a linoleum floor and thankfully it has not broken in the last three 3 years

Ill add something else here some are saying this cap is not a good fit and too pricey

The reality is if you have a shaver other than the 7000 or 9000 series models then it wont be a good fit

Deilvery was prompt this is the second one ive purchased for this razor cheaply made and way over priced
