The one downside of the item is that instructions arent clear and i still havent managed to answer a call using the earpiece i have to use my phone

One main design issue is that the corner plastic of earpiece presses aginst the ear in a way that after a while it starts to irritate

It is because the hook is attached to the piece in the middle is very thick that hold it firm against the ear
