Core qualities of a mediocre headsets sound and microphone are there but the flawsare obviously in the execution of the overall design and headband and cable

Pros good bass good quality sound soft ear pads decent microphone could be better needs a pop filter flexible microphone sleek black design current image matches product volume control on cable microphone mute on cable separate microphone headphone cable long cablecons cheap noisy plastic headband headband will hurt your head out of the package until you bend it to your head size low quality cable that will most likely break the left earcup sound goes out completely you will look funny due to the weird headband placement being on the edge of the earcup small earpadsagain if youre looking for basic but necessary qualities in sound from a headset and dont mind aa cheapish plastic design than this will work for you

The mic works sounds okay but dont expectto be impressed you will get a lot of bass emphasis because there is no pop filter

There is a mute switch and volume scroll built in on the headphone wire very helpful

However the sound is difficult to control because there is a small window so to speak which you can control the sound on the headset itself so may time you have to adjust the speaker volume via the taskbar or in game settings which does eliinate this item ease of use

Cable messed up i had the same problem with the guy who also reviewed this only hear sound thru 1 ear phone but plantronics is shipping a brand new pair overnight so i get it tomorrow very nice of them i had them for about a month or two so unless u expect to replace them in months dont bother buying
