It attaches to my keychain and fits nicely in my pocket. I can have a bunch of compartments seperated and shorten or lengthen to my needs for the day/week. Its pretty solid like a rock and hasn't been dented.

When my wife and i go out it holds 2 of our acid pills 2 regular tylenols and 2 regular motrin

I do only have 3 keys though so if you have a large keychain with lots of keys and things already i don’t think this would be good for you since it would add to the bulkiness
