This adapter is listed as 6061 t6 aluminum which sounds impressive but really is the most common form of aluminum used and has about 12 the hardness and strength of 6065 aluminum

Note that it is impossible to remove this style of fitting without losing some air at least i cant unscrew it fast enough to not lose some air
