The customer service exceeds first-rate. They stand by their word and item proudly. The service response is very fast as well as the shipping time.

Cons

Buyer beware. The electrode shears off inside the torch. Although it is on a cnc machine and i had to input all the settings from their charts into the program.

I love this plasma cutter been welding for 20 years and it was the best purchase ive ever made

Its sturdy construction and highquality components give me confidence in its longevity

After burning through the first tip we have had connectivity issues with the replacements resulting in poor starts

Absolutely nothing powered by electricity is made entirely in the usa anymore sadly
