These blending pencils are absolutely wonderful for blending colors. They sharpen easily and do blend my prismacolor pencils but they do not have the same smooth texture of coloring with a pencil. Blending the lighter colors and shadings was most usef... Read More

Cons

This is one of those times where i really should’ve heeded the bad reviews. One of the blenders is broken in half and is flattened on one side. Pencils were shipped in a bubble mailer but arrived broken.

Just scrapes the pigment off the page and damages the paper. Doesn't do much to cover or blend. If anything, it simply lightens up the color. Stick to white pencils for blending.

A word of caution though on brands other than prismacolor they may leave a white waxylooking cast and tend not to blend well
