Pros

Raw almonds with a strong crunchy taste. Love raw almonds with dried cherries. Nuts are expensive so buying ahead in bulk saves $ in the long run. I love that they are organic, and they come very fresh!

Cons

All california almonds must be pasteurized. If a food has been pasteurized, the enzymes are no longer viable. Toxic chemicals are a leading cause of cancer! The more of them you eat, the more toxic chemicals build up in your body.
