Pros
An enzyme is something that is like a consumable catalyst to help digestion. With my rx from physician and this supplement all is right. The formula is pricey, but it is a good formula.
I have problems with ibs from stress and occasional constipation, that sometimes cause diverticulitis. Taking these with my meal helps that feeling dissipate faster. Relieves bloating, gas, digestion is normalized.
I'm hooked. No more issues. Works like a charm. Thank you renew life.
Cons
It is nothing like normal fiber powders since it doesn't dissolve. Adding to water gives you a lumpy mess. It's so lumpy otherwise.
This powder is a horrible, chalky mess! It tastes like i scraped dirty grass shavings from a lawnmower blade into my drink. Really thick, * snot.

Conclusion no difference that i can perceive except in the new one you get a scoop with a much longer handle adds convenience
